Dr. K. Shelette Stewart

Dr. K. Shelette Stewart has over twenty years of leadership experience in strategic business planning, marketing, and national account sales with Fortune 500 companies including: The Coca-Cola Company, BellSouth Corporation, and Hostess Brands. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Master’s in International Affairs and Development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has conducted empirical studies and published articles on the topic of the relationship between strategic planning and growth in small business.

Shelette currently serves as the Associate Director of Business Development for Executive Education for Southern Methodist University (SMU) Cox School of Business. She is also the principal and founder of Stewart Consulting, LLC, a leadership development and business consulting firm based in North Dallas, Texas serving both corporate and non-profit clients. The mission of Stewart Consulting is to help business leaders connect their business plans with their purpose so that they excel personally and professionally and drive performance, productivity, and bottom-line profitability for their organizations.

Shelette is a professional speaker and author of the book, “Revelations in Business: Connecting Your Business Plan with God’s Purpose and Plan for Your Life,” which won the 2012 Christian Literary Award and has been formally endorsed by fourteen business leaders including: Dan Cathy, president and COO of Chick-fil-A, and Anne Beiler, founder of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. Shelette’s empirical research has been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Business and she also created the content and curriculum for the Revelations in Business© workshop for business leaders. Since resigning from a leadership position with The Coca-Cola Company to pursue her professional passion and purpose, Shelette has become a living testament for the principles of Revelations in Business©.


The Central Florida Christian Chamber Business-Building Lunch is held on the second Thursday of every month in Faith Hall on the campus of First Baptist Church of Orlando, 3000 S. John Young Parkway, Orlando from 11:30am to 1:00pm (doors open at 11:00am). The cost is $25.00 for members and first timers and $40.00 for non-members. Reservations can be made with a credit/debit card either online or by calling 407-814-1124 no later than noon on the Tuesday prior to the lunch. Payment made by check must be received by our office no later than the Monday prior to the lunch. All sales are final – credit will be given to a future lunch with 48 hours notice.
