Tim Seneff

Timothy J. (Tim) Seneff currently serves as the president of the National Christian Foundation Orlando. He previously served as president of Orlando-based CNL Financial Group (CNL), a leading private investment management firm providing global real estate and alternative investments.

During Tim’s 15-year career at CNL, he worked to maximize the effectiveness of the company’s capital markets and real estate platforms, while most recently serving on the company’s executive committee and operating committee. As president of the National Christian Foundation, Orlando, Tim’s extensive experience working in strategic planning, sales management and philanthropy within a family business context greatly aids his ability to serve Orlando area business owners to help simplify their giving and multiply their impact through innovative giving solutions.

Tim holds degrees from Wheaton College and the Crummer Graduate School at Rollins College, where he was recognized with the John C. Myers Leadership Award. Tim and his wife, Michelle, live in Orlando and have five children ranging from ages 1 to 11. He and his family have traveled extensively, living in both the U.K. and Australia. The Central Florida Christian Chamber Relationship-Building Lunch is held on the second Thursday of every month in Faith Hall on the campus of First Baptist Church of Orlando, 3000 S. John Young Parkway, Orlando from 11:30am to 1:00pm (doors open at 11:00am). The cost is $25.00 for members and first timers and $40.00 for non-members. Reservations can be made with a credit/debit card either online or by calling 407-814-1124 no later than noon on the Tuesday prior to the lunch. Payment made by check must be received by our office no later than the Monday prior to the lunch. All sales are final – credit will be given to a future lunch with 48 hours notice.
